I am pleased and excited to announce that as of April 1, 2008 we moved to a wonderful new studio
and spacious Classroom which seats up to 25 in Cumming, Georgia. (just north of Atlanta)! Of course you are all
invited to come visit and take a few of my creative classes, which I know you will enjoy. My new address is:

COLLAGE CARD MAKING
Create beautiful collage cards using several
different techniques including layering of papers and transparency images, glass beads, studio embellishments, vintage ribbons,
walnut ink, rubber stamps and embossing. Die cut your cards and envelops from my designed collage and solid papers.
Make as many as you desire during the class. $40.00 includes materials. (see samples

Patricia's "DREAM BOX"
Just in time for holiday gift
giving. We will begin with a naked wooden box; that we will paint inside and out. Then collage with a selection of my vintage
papers from DiBona Designs, and add embellishments, ribbons, metal work and microscope slide piece on the top of the box,
finish with adding vintage velvet ribbons, trimmings and charms, small legs, and a metal word plate to complete your project.
This is a wonderful hand made gift where every box is completely different and unique. Learn how to make one and then you
can make everyone a box. See examples on instructor’s website. Supply fee of $30 PAYABLE at workshop.

JOURNEY
TO THE UNKNOWN
We will start with 5
x 7 canvas boards, suspended between dowels
of wood or twigs, wrapped with wire and embellished with fibers and
charms. Each Panel will become its own little collage painting. You will
spread gesso on the canvas boards, as well as use acylics, primary elements, gels, crackle, clay, metal fibers,
images, rubberstamps, and more.
You sure will learn alot of techniques in this class!
Your finished piece will
stand on its own and make a statement of your
own personal journey.
Printed images will include vintage maps, medieval
dragons, goddess and
ALTERED
VINTAGE SHADOW BOX
You will begin with a butterfly specimen box with glass
cover. On the
inside you will use gesso, paint to give you a basic coat which
will
prepare you for your collage images. You will use vintage images
of
different French Women on transparency sheets (choosing you own
images); and layer such into your collage. You wil also use vintage
ribbons,
lace, charms, velvet leaves, buttons, postcards, and other
printed material to add
to your piece. Once the inside is completed,
you can use reproductions of vintage
stamps to create the outside
mosaic trims. You are invited to bring your own
vintage pieces to
add to your shadowbox. Truly a terrific class!

POLLAGE
WORKSHOP -
Altered art techniques on Canvas (Beginner -intermediate level)
Join Patricia in this unique class which combines painting with collage art on canvas. You will
create your very own canvas painting using your imagination and Patricia's latest collage and acrylic painting techniques.
You will learn the methods of building up a blank canvas using gel mediums, collage and paint, rubberstamps, embellishments,
charms, ribbons, tags, papers and various other components from the Dibona Studio. (see examples in the Gallery
Section). At the conclusion of this workshop you will have created a Pollage Canvas that you can frame
as your "work of art". This is one of Patricia's most popular classes with her students coming back again and again.
No previous experience necessary.
SCRAPBOOKING THE ARTIST'S WAY!
Join Patricia as she teaches you
the secrets to beautiful scrapbook pages using a variety of artistic techniques to make your scrapbooks a work of art.
You will also learn the basics of how to scan your photos, enlarge, hand color in photoshop and print your pages out on our
digital
printer. Materials include beautiful collage papers, embellishments, ribbons and more. You can also
bring some of your favorite family photos or use the studio's collection of vintage photos to make your scrapbook pages the
"artists way!"
Slide
Mount Journals
Patricia will show you how to work with ordinary slide
mounts, art papers, transparencies and embellishments to personalize Patricia's writing journal. You will also learn
how to use many of Patricia's techniques to transform small objects into art.
Shadowbox Class
Come join us as Patricia teaches you to design
a beautiful collage glass-top shadowbox.
Similar to those you see at the Studio. You will use a butterfly specimen box, art papers, mini-crystal beads,
trinkets and ribbon plus some items you can bring from home. Learn the rules of good composition, how to make the
outside
box part of your design and how to decorate the box with your own personal theme. Once you learn these techniques, you
can make your own shadowbox at home to decorate any wall or furniture piece.
Intuition
and Creativity Workshop - "Altered" Altar
Join Patricia Dibona for
her acclaimed two day workshop on unleashing your creative flow and intuition. Learn how to work with and use The Three
Phases of the creative cycle to enhance your creativity. Explore how the mind works and the differences between
the conscious,subconscious, and super conscious and what role
they play in creativity. Day one of the workshop will also include the importance of dreams and symbols
and how they can be used with your creativity. You will also create your own collage Dream Journal in the process.
Step by step, Patricia will take you through
the process of guided mediations and other exercises to tap into your creative flow. Understand the importance of
your intuitive nature when working with the creative process.
On Day two, you will tap into all you learned and your creative flow to design and collage
a special Oak wood altar using paint, collage, clay, ribbons, rubberstamps,charms and a variety of other
embellishments and components. When completed, your altar which represent a sacred work of art connected with
your natural creative flow. This workshop will truly spark your innermost creativity and take you to a new level
of expression.

All supplies, including workbook, altar, paints, collage, vellum and specialty papers,
embellishments, rubberstamps, clay, ribbons, foils and other components are included.
Small Tag
Book
Create a small altered tag book using tags,
ribbons, rubberstamps, embellishments and transparencies. You create the theme. A great gift project for family or friends.
Altered Book Workshop
This is the class everybody waits for! Patricia
will de-mystify the latest in altered books by showing individual techniques to make really unique books, as you see
in Somerset Studio Magazine and Paper art Magazine. A class which should not be missed in interested in altered
books!
Artist Trading Cards
Come
and create your own unique 2" x 3" ATC cards. (Artist Trading Cards). These are small art treasures you can trade
with your friends. You will use artful papers, rubberstamps, overlays and all the cool stuff around the studio.
Patricia will guide you with design techniques and special ideas.
The
Alchemy Book
Join Patricia as she shares a few of her secret altered art techniques to create her mysterious
Alchemy Book. There is no class quite like this one! You will create this wonderous book from scratch as each
page becomes a work of art. You will be guided on this magical journey by only Patricia and her special paints,
melted beeswax, rubberstamps, metal embossing and other materials that will make your book a artistic wonder!
This was rated as one of the most popular classes at the 2005 Altered Art Jubilee in Woodstock, Georgia and has been expanded
since then to include additional techniques.
Valentine Accordion
Book
This is one of the most popular classes Patricia offers.
This time we've added a twist by having you create accordion books filled with vintage Valentine cards and love notes.
You will be using very special papers selected for this class. You will learn to make an accordion style book from scratch,
as well as altering the pages with paint and background papers and then embellishing them with reproduction cards.
You will use Patricia's art papers, embellishments, dimensional glues mica chips and more.
